July 18 2017 - Nepal Countryside, villages devastated by the 2015 earthquake.

Day two here in Nepal ... after breakfast we heading into the surrounding hills of Nepal to visit a temple and experience a couple of villages that had been affected by the 2015 8.8 earthquake that hit this region. It is sad to see, but due to the cost of repair there is still plenty of rubble and some folk live in their unpaired homes despite the danger.

It leaves a big impression once you have visited these sites. As for the locals they are digging in and working on repairs the best they can. Despite all this as you will see in todays galleries of photos they are a very happy people.

So sad to see the destruction. I love all the colours. So much to take in from every photo.
Really like the "Gallery" way of presenting the photos.
