July 19, 2017 - Khatmandu to Tibet
Today we flew from Nepal to Tibet, and I wish it was that easy. We were supposed to fly out at 12:10 today but when checking in found out the flight was delayed first 40 minutes then 3 hours.The airline served us a nice lunch and we departed just after 4 pm. Unfortunately Tibet had bad weather move in this afternoon and we were under a short delay which turned out to be a diverted flight. We are in Chengdu, China this evening as we had to overnight here. We will try again with a flight out tomorrow at 8:10 am.

Well at least the group can say they were in China also !!!! Looking forward to the photos, so far they are great. Safe Travels.
