September 22nd 2014 Siena, Italy

We are now in beautiful Tuscany, and our first location to experience and photograph was the Siena. Declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2008 it is one of the nation’s most visited locations. Siena is famous for its cuisine, art, museums, medieval city scape and the Palio, a horse race that is held twice a year.

Every corner was a photo opportunity and after the group enjoyed a lunch of many local fares we spent the afternoon exploring the town. From Siena, we carried on to the walled city of Lucca which we will be calling home for the next 5 days. We will then be visiting and photographing different towns and villages of Tuscany each day.  Our location tomorrow will be the five seaside villages of Cinque Terra.

Enjoy tonights selection of images, I’ve included a few more from Rome and a few supplied by some of our photographers that are on tour with us.
