Niagara Lights at Night Photo Tour

Join us for a visit under the Falls, Lights at Night, Fireworks Photography

and Dinner in the Revolving Dinning Room at the Skylon Tower

Photo Tour - Saturday, January 11th, 2020

What a way to start the New Year. Join us as we travel to Niagara Falls to photograph the ice and snow from behind the falls, dinner up the Skylon Tower and an evening of Fireworks and Colour Lights.

Our tour departs from Listowel at 12:00 noon with our second pickup in London at 1:30 and Woodstock at 2:15 p.m. then arriving in Niagara Falls at 3:45 p.m.

Our first stop an opportunity to photograph the snow and ice from behind the falls. We will first descend 125 feet to explore 130-year-old tunnels through the bedrock, you’ll feel the thunderous vibration of the Horseshoe Falls long before you see them. The observation deck at the foot of this 13-storey-tall wonder will leave you breathless and make for some great winter photography.

Next we will visit the Skylon Town traveling to the top for dinner in the revolving dining room with opportunity to visit the observation deck for more photography. (dinner menu at bottom of page)

After dinner we will visit the festival of lights display with plenty of time to photograph the Niagara parks lit up with thousands of lights. Finally we will end the evening photographing the fireworks display. Then finally some hot chocolate or coffee to warm up before returning home.

Niagara Lights at Night and Fireworks

This is going to be a great day of photo opportunities in Niagara Falls.

12:00 - Noon departure from Zehrs parking lot in Listowel

1:30 p.m. - Pick up at Staybridge suites, Exeter Road London

2:15 p.m. - Pick up at Quality Inn lower parking lot Woodstock

3:45 p.m.

We will start with a visit down to the base of the falls and behind the falls via the tunnels built over 130 years ago. This will offer up unique views and photo angles of the falls. It is must unique this time of year as the snow and ice builds up over the falls and around the edges.

5:00 p.m.

Next we will visit the Skylon with a trip to the top for a 360 degree view of the falls and region. Followed by dinner in the revolving dinning room. (trip to the top of the town and dinner included in the price of the tour) There will be time for some night photography before heading back down.

6:45 p.m.

Our next stop the parks lit up with thousands on lights. We will have plenty of time to explore and photograph the beautiful lights. Don't forget your tripod. We will also offer photography tips and suggestions on taking night photos.

8:45 p.m.

Finally we will set up and get ready to photograph the fireworks display and a great way to wrap up our trip to the falls.

We will make a stop for coffee, tea or hot chocolate as we make our way home. Below the pricing are some camera equipment suggestions and photo tips for night lights photography and fireworks.

A fun day of photography with friends. The tour includes motor coach to Niagara Falls, admission to behind the falls visit, Skylon tower admission, dinner in the Skylon tower revolving dinning room, night of photographing the park lights and fireworks display. We will have ample time to set up and prepare prior to the fireworks display.
