September 29th From Tanzania back to Kenya and Amboseli National Park
Another great day in Africa. Today we said good bye to our Tanzania driver/guides and met back up with our original Kenya driver/guides. We crossed the border early afternoon and arrived at Amboseli National Park in time for an afternoon game drive.
This region is so different agin in landscape, how the animals react to their surroundings and of course with this park the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Which I might add also makes a great back drop. We will be in this region for the next two nights. Enjoy todays selection of photos.
Our group of photographers posing with our Tanazania drivers before we left Tanzania to head back to Kenya this morning.

A Masai village
This mini twister or dirt devil passed right by us today. The lake bed is dry this time of year so plenty of sand and dust.
As it got closer you can see it was quite strong
One final shot as it got even closer, so many interesting experiences
Amboseli Park entrance
Two Masai giraffes greeted us this afternoon
Love the eye lashes
Speaking of eye lashes check out the elephants
Very long, they don’t see very well
Protection against all the wind and sand
This type of antelope has a long neck to reach high in the trees for food
As you can see the landscape here is marshy
Sunset with the top of Mount Kilimanjaro showing through the clouds
One final sunset shot with Mount Kilmanjaro as a backdrop
More tomorrow night, good night from all of us now back in Kenya.
