Lorna Eggert... Polar Bear Churchill Photo Tour 2012

Brenda Fee-Perkins ... Yosemite Photo Tour 2008

Black & White images are still my favourite shots ... a few years ago we did a photo tour to Yosemite National Park, visiting some of the locations Ansel Adams made famous in his images. Photographer Brenda Fee-Perkins took this B&W of the chapel in the valley and is the Pic of the Day for Monday December 17th, 2012. Great image Brenda.

Sanford Clare ... India Photo Tour 2012

Faces from India make for amazing images ... now add faces of children on a school bus. This is what photographer Sanford Clare accomplished with the Pic of the Day for Sunday Dec 16, 2012. Children are the most precious resource our world has and it's only fitting we post this image today as our hearts and prayers go out to the Families of the children in Connecticut.

Lorna Eggert ... Churchill Polar Bear Photo Tour 2012

Winter in the North of Canada can be very harsh, and survival is important. Not only to survive the cold but from being hunted. The Ptarmigan is an interesting ground dwelling bird that turns completely white in the winter. The Pic of the Day for Saturday December 15th, 2012 was shot by photographer Lorna Eggert.
