Join Trekkers photographer Dave Chidley as you travel to Calgary and venture west towards the Rockies and what better timing than the fall.

Rockies and Beyond Photo Tour Itinerary - September 12th to 18th, 2019

Day 1 Thursday Sept. 12^th, 2019 Meet our motor coach at Staybridge Suites on Exeter Road in London and travel to Pearson for our Air Canada flight to Calgary. We will meet our photographer host Dave Chidley at the Calgary airport. Board our motor coach and have lunch in North Calgary before traveling to Drumheller and region. We be photographing this afternoon at Horse Shoe Cayon and Dorothy Ghost Town. We will have dinner in Drumheller before returning to our hotel in Calgary. Overnight Alt Hotel 2 nights.

Day 2 Friday Friday Sept. 13^th,2019 After breakfast board our motor coach for a morning photo shoot at the Calgary Zoo. We will have opportunity to photograph the Pandas and other feature wildlife. We will the travel to the Inglewood area for lunch. After lunch we will visit Nanton grain elevators, Bar -U Ranch and take then Cowboy Trail for Bragg Creek and Elbow Falls. We will continue to Cochran for dinner at Half-Hitch Brewery for our welcome dinner before returning to our hotel in Calgary. Overnight Alt Hotel Calgary. (B) (D)

Day 3 Saturday Sept. 14^th, 2019 Breakfast, check-out of our hotel and travel to Yamnuska Wolf Dog Sanctuary. Mid morning we will travel to Exshaw/Seebe for possible Mountain Goat photography also mountain vistas on the way. We will arrive in Canmore just in time for lunch. After lunch we will check into our hotel in Canmore and then at 4:00 p.m. head to Banff. Will take a drive along Tunnel Mountain Loop, stop for photos of Banff Springs Hotel and Bow Falls. Dinner and sunset photography at Vermillion Lakes. 3 Nights Malcolm Hotel (B)

Day 4 Sunday Sept. 15^th ,2019 Early morning sunrise at Polceman’s Creek of Three Mountains then return to our hotel for breakfast. After breakfast travel and photograph along the scenic Bow Valley Parkway. We will visit Chateau and Lake Louise. Later this afternoon Castle Mountain at Bow River. Evening return to our hotel. Overnight Malcolm Hotel. (B)

Day 5 Monday September 16^th2019 Early morning departure for sunset shoot at Moraine Lake. Then breakfast buffet at Lake Louise Sky Lodge. After breakfast we will depart for the Columbia Ice Fields and Athabasca Glacier Adventure and visit to the Skywalk. Later this afternoon will photograph at Tangle Falls located close to Skywalk. We will watch for Mountain Goats and White Mountain Sheep. Before heading back to Canmore a photo stop at Peyto Lake. Dinner in Canmore then overnight Malcolm Hotel. (B)

Day 6 Tuesday September 17^th, 2019 Breakfast check-out for a morning Gondola up Sulpher Mountain Banff. Visit to Hot Springs and a stop, shop and photograph Main Street Banff, and visit to Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls. Our final dinner in Banff and return to Calgary. Overnight Wyndham Garden Hotel. Day 7 Wednesday, September 18^th, 2019 Breakfast, check-out of our hotel and one last photo shoot in Calgary before heading to the airport for our return flight to Ontario. (B)

Fall in the Rockies. The temperatures in September are 17C (62F) to 22C (72F). Making it a great time of year to travel to the west.

The cost of our Rockies and Beyond Photo Tour is $3500.00 including air based on double occupancy, plus GST $175.00 and air tax of 131.33. Single supplement is available for $895.00.
