Today was the last day of our tour. We were up and out early this morning as we visited Morongo Valley to do a nature hike and had great opportunities to photograph the many birds that make a home in this region.
Mid morning we left Morongo Valley and made our way back into Joshua Tree Park for our last day of photography before heading home tomorrow. Within Joshua Tree we visited Hidden Valley, Intersection Rock and Barker’s Dam. It was very windy when we pulled out of Desert Palm today, once we got out of the valley the wind was gone and it was a beautiful day.
We had some time to relax this afternoon, then this evening we had our farewell dinner. Below are images from our last day in California. Enjoy the photos and thanks for following the blog.

Some of the ancient indian drawings that can be found on the canyon walls. It was sad to find out that vandals have gone in and painted over the original works.
Every Joshua Tree is different.
Such an interesting combination of plant life.
That’s it for the images on our last day of the tour. We are up early tomorrow morning to head back to the airport. Thanks to everyone that followed the tour as we photographed and experienced the Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree National Park.
