Vietnam & Cambodia Blog Entry for Wed April 9th, 2014 - Mekong Delta
We flew from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City formerly know as Siagon early this morning. We then headed further to the south to the Mekong Delta, where we spent most of the afternoon on the river. Here we visited Coconut Island. Many families live on the islands and have businesses related to the coconut industry.
Later in the afternoon we continued further to the south into the Delta to Can Tho were tomorrow morning we will take a boat out to photograph the floating market.
Enjoy a selection of images from today and a few more from yesterday. Good night from the Mekong Delta.
