2018 08 24 Arrival in Kenya and 1st Safari
We are now in Kenya and our first group is safely home and our second group of photographers have arrived and ready for our Kenya & Tanzania Adventure.
We spent our first night in Nairobi then departed early the next morning for the Masai Mara. We arrived at our first lodge early in the afternoon, had lunch then did our first evening game drive. The following morning (this morning) we were up at 4:00 a.m. for a sunrise hot air balloon safari. An amazing flight over the Mara complete with a breakfast out in the wild. We continued with a full day safari and were rewarded with leopard, lions, elephants, hippos and witness of the start of a migration.
