Welcome to Delhi ... we have arrived safe and sound. We spent the better part of today exploring and photographing in Old Delhi. We visited Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. We then took a rick shaw ride into the old street markets where they sell silver, material, clothing and many other interesting items. What visit to this part of Old Delhi wold not be complete without visiting the spice market. We also visited President’s House, which was once the Viceroy’s Palace, Parliament House and Secretariat buildings. Later afternoon we returned to our hotel. After freshening up from a 38C day This evening group met Denish and James in one of the hotel conference rooms for a tiger pre presentation prior to our morning departing for Sariska national park, which is our first location for our Tigers Expedition.
