India Photo Tour Feb 4th to 17th, 2013

The Photo Tour Trekkers are on their way back to India February 4th to 17th, 2013.  You are invited to join in by following our travel blog.  This tour will see us photographing the Mela Festival in Allahbad.  This festival is celbrated once every 12 years and we will be there to witness the millions of pilgrims that make their way to the Ganges River.

How exciting. I have two groups of friends who are taking separate holidays to India during the same time you will be there... and one of those is going to Varanasi. I will certainly check in to see your photos. How many are in your group?

I hope the group has as good a trip as we had in Nov. Visual overload when you get there and you better have lots of cards to get all those images on. Safe trip... you are in good hands and give Dinesh a big hello from me and buy him a drink.

have just read of the tragic human stampede in Allahabad when a railway foot bridge collapsed with so many people......... hope you are all safe.
